Publish Multiple Pages

In this guide we'll take a look at how to publish multiple pages in your Agility Instance.

1. From the Reports Section, click Ready to Publish

2. Select the Pages you'd like to Publish

3. From the Selection Drop-down click Ready to Publish

You should now receive confirmations that your pages have published.

What Gets Published With Each Page

Since September 23, 2026, publishing a page also publishes its nested linked content by default. When you publish several pages at once, saved but unreviewed changes in their nested content can go live with them. Shared linked content is not affected. Preview the pages before you publish them.

To publish a page without its nested content, open the page, click Publish and tick Publish this item only in the Publish prompt. The option only appears when there is nested content to include. For more on publishing several items at once, see Batch Content Publishing.

Step One: Click "Pages"

Step Three: Click Publish Dropdown

Step Four: Click "Advanced Selection"

Step Five: Check "Sub-Pages"

Step Six: Click "Next"

Step Seven: Check Pages that you wish to Publish

Page Selection Select an Image

Step Eight: Click "Publish"
