Introduction
Small features that save editors time: favorites, next and previous item, page picker search, the sync status indicator, report exports, the Access Report, and pasting and editing images in rich text.
Agility has a handful of small features that save time every day but are easy to miss. This page covers where each one helps and how to use it:
If you open the same content, pages or models again and again, mark them as favorites. You can favorite content items, pages, models and more, then get back to them from your favorites instead of browsing to them each time.
Favorites are a good fit for:
When you're working through a list, for example reviewing every post before a launch or updating a field on each item, you don't need to go back to the list after each one. From inside a content item, you can go straight to the next or previous item.
This is the quickest way to check or edit a run of items one after another.
The Select a Page dialog has a search box. You'll see this dialog when you:
Type in the search box to find the page you want. The search covers your whole sitemap, including sections that are collapsed in the tree, so you don't have to expand each branch to find a page that sits deep in the site.
The header shows a sync status indicator. It covers both live syncs and preview syncs, and it shows when a preview sync has failed. (Before September 2026 it only tracked live syncs.)
If a change you saved isn't showing up where you expect, look at the sync status indicator first. A failed sync is something to pass on to your developer, together with roughly when it happened.
You can export the Recent Changes and Ready to Publish reports. This is useful when you need to share the list with someone who doesn't work in Agility, keep a record of what changed, or plan a release in a spreadsheet.
For what each report shows and how to filter it, see Accessing Reports.
Reports also include an Access Report, which you can filter. The filter works whether or not your organization has set up teams.
For how users, roles and teams are set up, see Teams.
The rich text editor has two features that save a round trip to other tools:
For everything else the rich text editor does, see Rich Text Editor.
The 2026 interface updates added a few smaller conveniences:
